Mr. S.M.N. L Senanayake FCA

Mr. Lalith Senanayake is the Precedent Partner of Tudor V. Perera & Co., Chartered Accountants since 6th February 2005.He holds a Bachelor of Science, Public Administration (Special) Degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Further he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He holds nearly 28 years of post-qualified experience as a practicing chartered accountant.

He currently holds positions as a director in numerous public and private entities and possess a diverse knowledge in the current business environment. He is a Director - Financial Consultants and Allied Services (Private) Limited (Company Secretaries) since July 1994 and also a Director - Corporate Vision (Private) Limited (Management Consultants) since December 1988.

He acts as a Director/Member of Audit Committee - Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB) since June 2004. Director/Member of Audit Committee - State Pharmaceuticals Corporation since June 2010.Director/Member of Audit Committee - State Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Corporation since June 2010.Director Gems and Jewelry Authority since May 2013 and he was recently appointed to the board and the audit committee of the Lee Hedges PLC with effect from May 2013.

Mrs. Renuka Senanayake is the Staff Partner of Tudor V. Perera & Co., Chartered Accountants is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. She holds nearly 30 years of post-qualified experience as a practicing chartered accountant.
