Mr. Lalith Senanayake is the Precedent Partner of Tudor V. Perera & Co., Chartered Accountants since 6th February 2005.He holds a Bachelor of Science, Public Administration (Special) Degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Further he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He holds nearly 28 years of post-qualified experience as a practicing chartered accountant.
He currently holds positions as a director in numerous public and private entities and possess a diverse knowledge in the current business environment. He is a Director - Financial Consultants and Allied Services (Private) Limited (Company Secretaries) since July 1994 and also a Director - Corporate Vision (Private) Limited (Management Consultants) since December 1988.
He acts as a Director/Member of Audit Committee - Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB) since June 2004. Director/Member of Audit Committee - State Pharmaceuticals Corporation since June 2010.Director/Member of Audit Committee - State Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Corporation since June 2010.Director Gems and Jewelry Authority since May 2013 and he was recently appointed to the board and the audit committee of the Lee Hedges PLC with effect from May 2013.
Mrs. Renuka Senanayake is the Staff Partner of Tudor V. Perera & Co., Chartered Accountants is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. She holds nearly 30 years of post-qualified experience as a practicing chartered accountant.
Kapila Ariyatilaka is an Associate member of the Institute of chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka since 1988 and also fully qualified Management Accountant from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of United Kingdom.
He started his career with Tudor V Perera & Company as an Article Clerk and after qualifying he joined Machwood Winthrop as a Financial Accountant, and quickly rose to Finance Director before he was appointed as the Regional Finance Director for East Africa with Sterling Health ( now GSK East Africa) in 1994.
Since then he has held various senior Directorships in the East African Region with various companies over the past 15 years. These include in various industries ranging from Lubricants, Batteries, FMCG business, Service industries and Media industry. His consultancy experience covers strategic inputs to overall financial aspects, product development, business turnarounds, IT and distribution management.
He is currently the Managing Director for CHAI BORA LTD, the largest Tea packing company in Tanzania with over USD 15 million Turnover. He is also a co-owner of the company with CATALYSTS principle Partners who are a middle market PE firm based in Nairobi, Kenya.
